I think I have explained at length why you are being sent to Calamba and why we asked you come to the 3ffb.
It is you who were chosen (cf It is I Lord song at You Tube) What is you vocation in life? Pity AC who refused the call; it should be a great honor and duty to accept this challenge and call
It IS WHAT YOU ARE DOING NOW AND GOD (MAY BE WE) PUTS YOU WHERE YOU ARE NEEDED MOST.. Thus you need a lot of passion, determination and courage to fix things at Calamba, while you are filling in for the predecessor who is sick
You need to fix reform the following
1. Communication:
Answering the phone calls, texts, emails
Submission of test reports (daily) weekly written reports
:Posting/uploading:
Blogs - griefshare, foff, kaizen, best pictures
FB groups: activities, foff, griefshare, sellers, customers, group
2. Operations
Interments personnel and equipment; vault manufacturing
Karuwahe
Park beautification and projects
Grass and plant nursery
Construction
Vehicle and equipment maintenance/inventory
3. Accounting and admin:
Files
Replenishment of IF
PPA
Collection
Abstracts
Inventories
4. Sales and marketing:
Customer service
Relation with sellers
Seller recruitment and training
Sales recruitment, training meeting
Events and promo
