Goal: for H2

Sales:      H2      Units:   900                         Amount:   P36,000,000

               Q3                  400                                           16,000,000

Background:  (Reality)

We under performed  under achieved in 2016.  While we sold 3,404 units in 2015, (a total of 147,591t)  We however collected only P71,342

For H1, 2016  we performed:

     Sales  Until June 25, we had only cumulative  250 sales and measly P9 million plus in sales. Definitely a situation where we can see that if we dont sell we do not eat.

We however reached P35,000,000 in collection ;up to June 18, 2016 which was  a bright note on our performance.

However we surprised ourselves by having 218 sales in June alone, and P7 million in collection, for a total collection of P37 million for HI.  Which shows kaya natin ang MATAAS NA SALES PERFORMANCE AT COLLECTION.  Which means to say we can relive 2015

IT IS TIME WE LEVEL UP AND BE MORE SERIOUS ON OUR SALES.  WE CAN ONLY REACH HIGHER GRADE IN PERFORMANCE EVALUATION IF WE ARE NEAR OUR OUTCOME

1   Availability/Product -   Continue park maintenance and beautification.  Progress report of park beautification projects

2.  Promotions Timeline and Resources:

    Q3 1.    Power banks promo:  (This one enabled us to sell plenty up to 218 in June not the patak patak, contrary to claims that customers ant easier payment terms

         July to August 31, 2016

         Objective:   to sell 300 plots

         We ordered 300 in all, 200 lipstick type and and 100 cigarette type  Costing us P63,000.

        lipstick  - for full dp for lawn,

       cigarette -  all cash buyers, full dp for ssn, ge and je.

       Return on expenses:

       P63,000/ 12,000,000 in sales     =         0.5%

       P63,000/P15,000,000 collection =         0.4%


     September  GE promo:

     Objective:  to sell   100 plots or 8 GE

     Free Oppo Smarthphone for full dp  of GE worth 4 to 5 each

Q4:

    Internal Incentives:

    We may adopt the no dp 5 years to pay promo of  MManaig.

    Objective :  To sell 500 plots

    Contest:

    Top sellers:   July to November 15, 2016  

           First prize   -   Cash or gadget worth  P25,000,

           Second prize -   Cash prize or gadget worth 15,000

          Third prize  -  Cash prize or gadget worth  P10,000

Top SBU

           Second prize -   Cash prize or gadget worth 15,000

           Third prize  -  Cash prize or gadget worth     P10,000

Provided:

   Sellers have contributed no less than 50 sales for the entire period;  SBUs at least 100 ( no feather bedding)

   No pending accountability:  remittances, PPA, OR, For sbu, If, reports etc, blogssend blog posts email

   For SBU no class  B and C offenses of the staff; no pending repairs or projects.

OTHER PROCESSES:

1.  Continuous recruitment

2.  Continuous sales meeting (at least once a month)

3  Regular submission (daily) of DPMS

4. Completion of staff so that at no point in time is our office closed

5.  Updating SEAD

6.  Completion of staff for Sales Admin;  (continuous CRM and repeat sales)

7,  Posting of pictures of of sellers (with tarps)

8.  BB for sales performance of sellers
