I have noted yesterday that the ramp for the disabled peson for the columbarium for HAMP has a grade of 20%; the law prescribes maxium of 12%.
I enjoin the HAMP management, the contractor and the licensed Engineer to comply. The license of the engineer is put at risk for not compliance or not geting the certificate of occupancy Penalty for violation is P50,000. Next violation is P100,000
