Background/Reality
The recent sales and collection reports are dismal: 0 sales and very low collection. We have reminded everyone that these brings us closer to failure.
I enjoin you at third floor to influence the SBUs; I have tried everything, telecon, one on one meeting with them at 3ffb, emails. blogs, text to encourage the sbu to sell. This office has lost the ability to influence the sbu; those who sign the checks, as said in the golden rule can
WTDN:
1. Submit asap the November 1 preparation. I understand the lamp posts assignment to be purchased and installed including the upgrading of electrical wiring and switch gear did not happen. Somebody did not execute or mind this.
2. Sell
3. Employ methods, have promotions to sell more.
4. Beautify the park.
5. Check the park beautification: electrical, landscaping that is the subject of the company wide contest. Did they do it? We had a conference just for this.
It is the future of the company that is at stake not mine.
Calapan cant pay their amortization to Ms. Madrigal; SBUs have not paid their loans to MLII. If MLII fails, it brings down the Holy Gardens with it. MLII has not been managed too - no reports to SEC for secondary license
