     1. Magtext complete regularly araw araw ang mag required magext

     2. Mag email report ang mga required:    SAA, ICR, TA (MC)
        Dapat tama mga report. Walang makikitang late report

     3. Nautas backlog sa posting, docs
         May totals tayo ng mga fund balances, ICR, etc November and as of December

        HR  90% filled up vacancy,   mga trainees may training reports updates

     4. Ginagamit na account numbering sa mga excel files, Trial Balance

     INPUTS:

     1. Dalawang book reports in the required format   deadline for submission by December 20

    2.  Walang absent, excused or unexcused; huli

    3.  Submission of at least satisfactory reflection of the Admin plan sent by HR to you.   There at least 2 good reflection at 3f  and 1 satisfactory

    QUALIFIERS:

    1. No  CD offense

    2. Over all collection target of P120,000,000 by  December 20, 2017

    3. Total sales:    Plots and PiS of   P375,000,000 by December 20,2017

Result for you betterment:

   1.   Promotion by one level:    R1 to R2

   2.  Increase in basic by P650.00

   3.  Grant of allowance of P1,500:   

      P1,000 for grocery

          500 for electricity bills
