Financial Projection for Feasibility of Maysha, TACDI buy out of LUMP

To        Madel

cc:     Joan Abiog

1.  This office has ordered certain personalities and offices to work on the above. However after lapse of a month, there is no result/output

2.  Question to be answered:   Can we buy out Crisologo and Maysha, given
     the cash flow we have

     Assumptions:

   1.  Cash Flow from operations

       Beginning balance                                    P59.00M

    1.  Gross monthly collection P10.00 million (not improving)

    2.  48.2% of the gross collection is net collection     P4.82

    3.  50  50% sharing                                                 2.41

    4.  Op ex:   1.1  (P200k /sbu, P100k for Malasiqui     1.1

    5.  Net collection for OH and debt servicing               1.3

    2.  Add subtract financial operations  (omitted muna, data
         unknown)

   3. Add subtract investing operations

       1.  Calamba  say P65.00 m;   P5 M mob every
month for the next 3 months;   P1 m monthly    P1M
           for next 33 months

      2.  Crisologo:  TACDI   P1m/dp   P667K                 P.667
every month for the next P60 months

     3.   Maysha:  P70 million, P7 down, balanceof         1 M
           P63 M payable in 84 months 5% per annum
           P1 million monthly

          Total                                                             P2.667

         Surplus deficit                                                P1.337 M

In one year   the deficit is  1.337 x 12                 16.44

        Two years                                                        32.88
        (less P15 m for Calamba +  P7M for                   27.00
         Maysha, and P5 M for calamba                        76.32

The beginning balance would be wiped out

Conclusion:

1.  We cant do all of these given the current cash flow:?

SBUs and 3f:   CAN WE INCREASE THE CASH FLOW BY AT LEAST
                             P3 million a month  Ideal is  P1.337/0.25 =  P5,348 million)

     Madel

How much can Calamba contribute once it starts selling bangin?

     How much can Malasiqui contribute?

2.  We have to defer Maysha and Crisologo TACDI given this situation

3.  The accounting staff of 3f must learn to submit requirements on time;
and level up their Excel Skills
