INTEREST IN PUTTING UP A CREMATORIUM AT HOLY GARDENS LA UNION
Thank you and it is keenly noted for your interest in putting up a crematorium at your site. It has been long cherished goal together with our JV partners: Jess Crisologo and Dr. James Joaquino
We never got around this because they never put the money (their 50%)
It is indeed opportune to achieve our strategic goal by being the first in SFLU
and spearheading a drive that cremation is the way to go in the north (and very timely due to the pandemic - cremation is the way to go)
We also want to develop our chapels as interment chapel
Some things must be put in order:
1. Payag ba barangay?
2. CHO papayag ba
3. Residents ba:
To make this palatable, we relocate the crematorium to where the columbarium is and relocate the columbarium at the entrance before the chapel and office.
You have to research:
1. Old Business Plan
2. Marketing plan
3. JD (admin plan of cremation technician)

c. 50 things learned if failed the daily exams
Mr. John2 will do collate 3 and issue the certificate of training
and thereafter issue ID. asap (for proper branding and assisting our
staff for checkpoints/frontliners
REALITY
1. The current batch lacks requirements.
2. We have two cases of hiring officers:
1. One resigned after 30 days for non achievement of targets We
were answering a resignnation letter where there was no submission
of requirements (naturally we wont unless the requirements were submit-
ted.
2. In another case, a CFC obtained a job offer without having submitted his (her) requirement and was able to scam Panga and other people because he
had a job offer.
What to do next?
1. Submit all requirements: pre employment and obtain certificate of training
2. Prior to a job offer writing
3. Prior ot payment of salary
FOR COMPLIANCE.
N.B. Those who failed to pass the exams are not be hired nor sent a job offer (ie Ms Pedrozo)
DIN (Do It Now) Hasten the pace; Class C offense for service rendered beyond 3 days
To: The Management Group
Attention: Ms. Frenzie, Mary Joy Casi
CC: Ms. RCG
Thru : Madel
SUBJECT: HASTEN THE PACE, DO IT NOW
Objectives: (Goals)
1. To get ROI on our investments
2. To develop professionals managers/chiefs and staff
3. To gain competitive advantage by being first
Reality:
1. Our crematorium is 3 years old in Pangasinan 5 years in Calamba
2. Our supposed inauguration in Pangasinan was February 2019 it is now
August 2020. This is indicative or the level of professionalism (the first
trait is punctuality) Is this high or low
3. Which comes first promotion of salary or promotion of self development. That is why our salaries have static. Many believe that they are still entry level individuals and have to be prodded to come early and do things at once. DIN
This can be observed in late reports
4. Our problems from documents is thast SBUs did not send PPA to 3f. Are still with them (cf case of Felicidad Roy)
5. Even our rewards are late...
6. We had issued an 8 point memo in 2008. Hardly noticed or being followed.
7. We have updated our CCD which includes penalties for late compliance
Why IS THIS SO?
Please reply asap how to change this very bad habit of delays and procrastination....
Take note of the updated CCD
2.35 Negligence, tolerance or failure by an officer to guide, correct, mentor his subordinate such that this resulted in the subordinate committing an offense to the detriment of the company operations, and its business CLASS C
2.37 Dereliction of duty wherein an employee: did not not report for work where his work is critical in the company operations; leaving work without proper endorsement and somebody accepting and doing the assigned task CLASS C
2..38 Inefficiency in the completion of assigned tasks or solutions of problems of fellow workers and customers and suppliers , such delay causing bad reputation on the part of the company resulting from such inefficiency
As in public service regulations, a staff has 3 days to complete a task to the satisfaction of the supplier, fellow employee and customer and maximum of 12 days there are ;incomplete information and other things lacking. Beyond the 12 days, the concerned employee is subject to CCD CLASS C
2.39 Failure by the employee to prepare on time interments or embalming or memorial service (interment) on the time agreed and prescribed
PLEASE PROPAGATE AND COMMUNICATE THIS TO ALL AND LET US CHANGE FOR THE BETTER

Re: Docs - Felicidad Roy
Please properly note PM of Legarda:
1. Please make proper representation with regards to his relationship to the owner of plot because we are in violation of data privacy act.
2. The initial OR was for interment fee.
3. That the OR is for Mr. Ryanne Tarlit and not for Ms. Felicidad Roy. Material error in recitation of facts/complaint.
We are fixing this.
4. Clarify with SBU regarding unsent PPA to the 3f. Like this one. and then we bear the brunt of complaints...

Stopping usurpation of authority and disruption of organization
It has come to the attention of this office that a memo for a alary increase forwarded to an assigned group head was effectively blocked and stopped by an underling, without informing higher ups.
No such anomaly shall happen again. No wonder we have widespread disorganization (the underling does not follow the duly designated group head)
For your information and compliance
