1.       Sales results closing vs. last week

Unit: 4 lots Sa= 149,548.38	Units: 1 lot Sa= 44,129.03	We just have 4 lot sale . We will work hard next week to attain our target for the week and the committed units that we commit for the duration of the valentines promo.

Setting sales appointment  Tripping	No. and methods 4 prospect tripped	Binibigyan ng promo items like t-shirts or folding fans at candies at valentines give aways ang prospect. Nag offer ng drinks and snacks sa customer during tripping.
Training of CSS .	Discuss with team the Valentines Day Promo Re discuss topic on handling objectives and complaints	All employee must have full knowledge about the valentine promo All staff must know how to handle objections and complaints.

Recruitment	No. and methods
1 agent recruited Mrs. Gelene Tuburan Sales agent motivated –20 7 Sales Agents motivated by talking to them . Text blasts – 15 agents	No. of calls and visit Textblast- 50 text messages was sent to our agents, customers and prospects regarding our latest promos on Valentines Day.	>Continuous reminders  and answering their inquiries. >Inform them of our Valentines Day Promo. >Inform them of our affordable Interment Service.  >Asking all agents their prospect list.

2.       Customer service

Security Guard	Review of his performance for the month and remind him of his lapses. Reprimand him for not submitting his roving report on time.
Office	We decorated our office with valentine’s day cut outs. To set the mode for Valentine’s Day Promo.
Payments	Textblast and visit of arrear customer to remind them about their monthly amortization and giving valentines day give aways for valentines day promo.
Documents	Proper checking of documents before sending to Head office and always having a transmittal for pouch having proper documentation.
Interments	Checking of Lowering device and carpets. We will Po for new steel frame for our lowering device. Offered the new interment fee service (economy to clients but stresses the value of luxury and deluxe service.
Post interments	Posting of Post interment report on blog

3.       UniqCSEx

Office furniture	Nilinis ang mga sofa at pinagpagan. Tapos nilalagyan ng pabango.
Office décor	Naglagay ng mga balloons para makita ng mga customer na bumibisita sa office at valentines day cut outs to set for valentines day ambience
Car	Araw-araw na paglilinis ng eagle at pagcheck up para sa mga dapat ipaayos. Nag follow up sa HO para sa renewal ng eagle.
Toilets	Paglilinis araw ng cr at paglagay nang tubig sa balde
Snacks	Nagprovide ng C2 drinks at mga biscuits para sa customers at soon to be clients kasama ng mga valentines day give away at mga tsokolate.

4.       Interment equipment – Mag  PO ng bagong pinta at carpet dahil luma na at may mga punit na.

5.       Interment procedures – Actual checking of interment checklist 2-3 hours before the interment

6.       Landscaping – Pagdidilig ng mga punla sa herbal garden at vertical garden at pagpapalit ng mga     namatay sa vertical garden. 

Vertical Gardens	Araw-araw dinidiligan ang mga halaman sa vertical garden sa harap ng gate. At naglagay ng bagong vertical garden as Phase II
Herbal Gardens	Inilipat ang mga herbal plant sa paligid ng puno ng buko malapit sa cr para madaling madiligan
Lawn and garden maintenance	Pinalinisan ang mga lapida para Makita nang customer ang perpetual care at paghahanda sa valentines day
Compost Pit	Pagsasaayos ng compost pit area. Para pondohan ng mga tuyong damo para gawing pataba.
Nursery Garden	Planting of additional plants in nursery garden. Patuloy na pagdidilig sa mga halaman sa vertical garden
