1).  Copy the Top Salesman in the world
      a.  Never hang-out with lossers, hang-out with successful & wealthy people
      b.  Hang-out with positive people
      c.  Do the the self affirmations every night before going to sleep
           Example: I am lovingly becoming a master persuader (repeat 5x)
                         I am gratefully becoming influential and compelling (repeat 5x)
                         I am happily selling my ideas and products with passion and enthusiasm (repeat 5x)
                         I am the greatest salesman of the Philippines (repeat 5x)
2) Think BIG! Focus on the Basics - Keep closer to your goal;
3) Don't Give Excuses - NO ALIBIS!
    Adversity causes other people to breakdown but it also causes people to break the record
    (BREAKTHROUGH)
4. ASK, ASK, ASK - Do not be afraid to ask questions, nothing will lose.  Noong hindi ka nagtanong, may nakuha/nangyari ba? - WALA!, Eh kung nagtanong ka sa tingin mo magkakaroon ka? OO!
5.  REJECT, REJECTION, FAILURE
  • Do not be affected with rejection and failure; it is only an event not a person
  • There is no failure, only result
6.  WATCH OUT FOR THE BUYING SIGNALS
     a.  Verbal Buying Signals -  a person asks a lot of questions, then slows down the pace
     b.  Non-verbal buying signals
