Our CSS must have minimum employeable skills and knowledge to be promoted to the next levels:
1. Customer service
2. IA preparation
3. Coordinating interment and preparing interment set up; knowledge of all motifs
4. Preparing memorialization at the wake of the deceased:
memory board
memory display
tribute (powerpoint or movie maker)
obits
5. Uploading at following blogs and pages:
Holy Gardens community blog
Holy Gardens group
Holy Gardens grief share
Holy Gardens FOFF
Birthday and anniversaries
6. Preparing docs: PPA
Understanding capf and insurance coverage
7. Preparing IF reimbursement, IF custody flawlessly
8. Locating lots, and recording of markers during interment
9. Post interment duties
