Vision for a #memorialshrine complex in Angono Rizal

This office was presented a 3,200 sm property in Angono, Rizal in front of the old Meralco complex, Holy Gardens Memorial Park, and used to be part of the Catholic Cemetery.   It was sequestered by the donors from the Angono Parish when the donee allegedly violated the terms of the Deed of Donation, when they allowed mausoleum construction;  The site is some 300 meters from the about to be opened Save More center.

The owners wanted to make a memorial lawn chapel But the revenues would not be able to satisfy their monetary consideration.

I thought of something else.

I went to the transfiguration of Risen Christ Church (gf) and they have 2 memorial chapels and columbarium.

They have 10 rows  x2, each side has 25 column, and 6 layers for 7,800 units and all seem to have been fully sold.

Does this sound a good idea?

Will this sell?
