While others build, others destroy?

BE a BIDDA: "BELIEVE, INSPIRE, DREAM, DO ACHIEVE"

Organization spend a great deal of time building trust and morale among their people:  team building, meeting, branch visits, rewards and incentives.

While others build, others destroy;  while others create, others stifle.

Do we support good leadership and good management practices.   Despite being member of a family, the people are being aligned vs one another and being made to be spice against one another.

Do we tolerate lies? Nothing saps the organization more than lies....or allowing lies to circulate





It has been observed that after a successful stint, the staff and officers of a group is being methodically cut by very aggressive accusation, hearsays and cases by a single man doing a demolition job.    The job of the person is to build and create in his job description, but is hell bent, as he has done before to decimate the staff, and their morale.  Others at the high level buy his stories even when they are mere hearsays.  They too are hell bent in destroying what this office tried so hard to build...   The stories being disseminated have been dismissed as not probable in a local court of law,  cause yet the person has not stopped.

We give incentives, we conduct sales rallies, we motivate staff, we promote, we train and what happens after this harassment (direct confrontation happen?

We just pray that this party and his cohorts be guided by the Holy Spirit that:

1.  the limits of authority has been destroyed;
2.  that business is here to create and not to destroy;
3.  that the leaders of this organization, the real ones will not allow this to happen

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
