SUBJECT:  RELAUNCH OF MEMORIAL PACKAGES/BUNDLING

OBJECTIVES:  

 1.  To give additional benefits to customers who want to avail of generous discounts under Holy Gardens Packages (BVO)

                         
2.  To help boost sales and reach 110 million for HGMP

Background:

We spent a great deal of time emulating the packages  (value meals of Jollibee and Mcdo) whose prices are now astronomical    Under their packages, the customers save as much as P80 (about 40% ) of the total meal price (when bought separately)  Under the bundling, combo, package scheme  McDos promo is called  meals of of Fortune

Recently we learned the Toril Memorial Park (which are under the Gaite Group of Companies and includes Kidapawan, Panabo, and Digos) all grew because fo packages.  All of the memorial parks had memorial chapels (funeraria) and therefore sold more>

 

We had a great deal of success with this however we were not able to sustain this.

What did we do:

1.  We had leaflets,

2.  We had incentives 

3.  But we lacked the system and incentive

1  Bakit kailangan may packages:

Under the iMP, isa isa lang ang benta;  hindi ka makakabenta gawa ng kontrata for combinations

2.  Ano benipisyo sa magbebenta:?

    The 3% commission for office staff, and ISE apply and to be paid as you remit;

3,  Kasama ba BC sa packages?

    Hindi po?

4.  Kung mamimili ang kliyente ng lote prime, super prime

Standard pricing po tayo sa mga lote (P50,000.00 nationwide at magseset aside tayo ng block for this package.

5.  Ano ang documentong iissue?     

    Addendum po ang ating gagamitin.  This should accommodate all the services and plots  Ang document na issue ay Certificate of Ownership and full payment.  Pag ipinakita yon iprovide natin ang services na specified.

6.   Ano pagkakaiba sa offering natin last year:

    Maliwanag ang commission at only 3 and 1 ang mga may discount

7.   Bakit po di na puwede ang 2 in 1? for prepaid

    Para incentive na:

   Magstart tayo ng funeral service, at kumuha ng lahat ng kailangan sa memorialization sa atin:  pag 2 in 1 di natin makukuha funeral service

 8.  So di pa makakapag offer ng bundle prepaid ang Oton, La Union at Calapan?

      Tama po.  Subalit ang LUMP ay malapit na.  Kung gusto ng iba na makapag offer ng bundling, dapata makakuha sila ng mortuary servicing agreement na ang ibabayad natin ay base sa ating MP rates  (70% down to 40% of our total package price)

8.  Anong commission rate at manner of payment ang mag apply?

   iMP po mag apply:   3% for office staff (15% of 20% balance) for office staff

   7, 9 10% of the net lot price (35%, 45%, 50% for SE,  SM, and SD)

     The money collected shall be paid to the MP only upon use.  We do not remit this to the JV;   however, there is agreement that the plots shall be acquired for x amount upon use (76% x 50   = P38,000 only
