Here are some guidelines/tips from Tom Hopkins and we post Chapter 4 of his book, "Creating the Selling Climate. The book is entitled How to Master the Art of Selling, Tom Hopkins is Americas # 1 Sales Trainer.
Some tips:
1. Sell to people who can buy (not everybody is a prospect) Qualify your prospects
2. Sell based on emotions: color, benefits, style, image rather than logic
3. Call it investment rather than price
4. Master the art of closing and neutralizing objection.
As I understand it, not all people are a prospect, only sell to people who can afford the price of your product. Find the people who can afford your product. Always sell them what they want and need. Always tell your customers the benefits of the product they will buy to convince them to invest in your product. Never call it a price rather call it an investment because they are investing for their future needs.
ReplyDeleteWe can apply these teachings in selling IMP and other products in our company. I think if we can apply these in ourselves we can sell more and we can be a great salesman. Holy Gardens Calapan will make sure to follow these tips when selling to our customers.

As I understand here, all is not prospect because we cannot know if they afford the products, to sell a products we can use strategies at more techniques for the better sales. If we want to sell more we just need to give the customer wants and needs for them to satisfy and buy the product.

It is important to know the needs and wants of a customer in order to sell the product. Make a list of a customer you think they can afford to buy and tell them use it as investment.
