Regarding the CSS sent for training who quit because she did not like being corrected.!

I was texted yesterday evening by Ms. Lambunao regarding the candidate you sent for training who quit last night from training. Earlier during the day, I joked her about her readiness to quit because she might have missed her loved ones. And she said no; and that she does not know the spelling of quit.
However, your revelation that she quit because she did not like being corrected is something we have to be thankful, because that tells a bundle about her future with the company:
SHE IS NOT THEREFORE TRAINABLE
1. She did not get the meaning of sunnao ie emptying your cup, your mind of excess baggages. Open your mind to new things;
2. That attitude is everything that attitude is a window by which you see things differently; she has attitude problem because she resents correction nor does she have the humility to be trained.
You can be arrogant not to be corrected if:
1. You have plenty of experience. Unisun, Holy Gardens has 32 years behind it as an experience.
2. You own the business
3. Training means changing the way you behave no matter what your status in life is; training means obedience; training means sub MISSION, ie putting yourself below the mission. This person, even as a MBA graduate, and a professor for 13 years seek personal improvement from the comments of students, fellow faculty members, and superiors.
4. The expected output of training are:
PRO - DUCTIVITY
- FIT
- FESSIONALISM
- CESS IMPROVEMENT
PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT
Right at the start we are thankful that she saw the light. There will be further
challenges with her if she stayed on as it is right now with another 3ffb staff

The willingness to be trained is a sign that you are open to new learnings. You must allow yourself to be trained by the hand of those who are in the position so that you will be able to learn new things from them that later on will be useful to you as a person and as a employee. Just like in the pencil parable, "You will be able to do many great things only if you allow yourself to be held in someone's hand."
ReplyDeleteAllow yourself to be corrected because if you are corrected that doesn't mean that what you did is wrong it only means that the person correcting you wants you to do better, to learn from your mistakes. Again just like in the pencil parable, "You will experience painful sharpening from tine to time but it is required of you to become a better pencil."

Attitude is everything, a positive attitude will always think of ways to accomplishing their task in well defined manner instead of complaining or finding excuses. Patience is also needed to achieve our goals. Sabi nga nila pag may tiyaga may nilaga. A wise person admit mistakes easily.

We all know that the attitude is the most important to us,most especially in finding a job.We thankful if someone correct us it is means that we have wrong and we need to correct it. We need to bring our life into conformity to standard based into our job.Although we know that there are people who insisted to corrected for the least of our mistakes,we hope to understand that because it must see being Professionalism..

ReplyDeleteYour sucess in one's life depend of what attitudes you have shown.If you want to be succeed,let others handled you.Apply the Parable of pencil in your life.Being corrected doesn't mean you are a failure,.Instead ,use this us your stepping stones to achieve the next level of opportunity in life.Don't be afraid to make mistake,The one thing you should be afraid to, if you make the same mistakes again and again.

ReplyDeleteEvery individual must strive to be the best, to excel on every thing they do. To achieve this, we must empty our cup so that new learning will be easily be inculcated our minds. Like the pencil parable, one must let himself be trusted on one's hand in order to write, to learn, to do his obligations and responsibilities. Truly, that attitude is everything.
