Some innovation in implementing the new price for 2016

Subject:   Implementation of New Price List

Objectives:

1. To generate additional revenue for the company to compensate the addtional salary increase of P117.00 per day

2.  To support the sales executives the sbu for the sales target

3.  To rationalize financial management and documentation

Reality:

1.  Buyers buy because of low cash out

2.  JJ Atencio 8889 housing was a game changer because of low dp and efficient collection platform

WTDN

1.  DP of only 2%, 25% on the balance, payable for 5 years;

   Thus:

   P50,000 TLP

   2% dp   -        P1,000

  Balance  -   49,000 x 1.25/60

MA   -            1,020

2.  Com:

   Shall be outright but from a petty commission fund of P30,000 to be replenished outright with submission of copy of PPA, copy of OR, and CV

For GE they shall be still paid in check, but within 7 days payment for duly accredited SE (may SEAD)

Office staff, because of what happened, including comptrollers are not allowed to benefit from this system.

3.  Collection shall be through banks:

PR or OR shall be based on validated deposit slips .  By middle of 2016, our staff shall not be allowed to handle cash collection
