2016 Contest for GT on Park Beautiication and GT Conference

Draft Proposal

Goal:

1.  To level up beauty of memorial park

2.  To increase sales through park beauty uniqueness and attractiveness

3.  To assist GT level up rankings/salaries

4.  To change mindset from being driven to self motivated among GT

Reality:

1.   Most of our memorial parks are ugly and ill maintained

2.  They do not seem to work because of lack of supervision and work schedule

3.  They all ready lack the knowledge and have forgotten horticulture, 5s TPM

4.  Publications on how to improve landscaping, work methods are not read if not ignored

5.  No planting in nursery

WTDN:

Meeting with all GT on _______ (lahat natinwide.  Jojo D is excluded)   only regularly employed staff will be included

Agenda:

1.  Horticulture

2. Landscaping

    Workshop on drawing :

    1.  landscaping design

    2.  vertical gardens

    3.  special projects

    (They can draw before hand before coming here)

3.  Review of concepts:

    5s

    TPM

     Kaizen

     Landscaping

     Horticulture

4. Contest:

    What:    Pagandahan ng Memorial Park

     Covers;

     1.  Special project (waterfalls trellis

     2.  Lantern design

     3.  Landscaping - garden, vertical garden

     4.  Festival of garden lights

Prizes:  

    1. Categories  -  P3, 2, 1 t

    2.  Over all -    P10t 7t, 5t

Criteria:

    1.  Beauty

    2.  Uniqueness

    3.  Neatness

Judges:

    1. JUS

    2.

    3.

Qualifiers:

   1. At least  2 GT who will pass the exams

   2.  With grass and plant nursery

   3.  Each SBU are allowed only P50t for the expenditures on the contest.  There will lot of improvisation, use of old materials canvassing  etc

   4. Walng nag aalaga ng plots sa SBU lalong lalo Na GT.  Aside from the disqualification in the contest;   Articulo Uno will be imposed.

   5.  No class C and D offense

   6.  Walang negrereklamo sa SBU lalo na sa FB

Bonus:  those who will comply with all the 4 projects GT will be promoted one step higher provided my journals at book reports.

MRS-   igawa ng PDCA, clarify cf and budget needed.  Incorporate in master Corporate Plan

1.  New salaries/

2.  Performance evaluation

3.  Landscaping principles

4.  Jorgeus Landscape blog/reference

5.  Discussion of proposed contest

6.  Workshops:

          Garden of Lights

         Landscaping

         Special projects
