Components of a marketing plan

ATTENTION:   TO ALL THOSE WHO PREPARED THE MARKETING PLAN

I read some of the marketing plans and these are my observations:

1.  The Marketing plan must answer:   "Ano ang kakaibang gagawin ko para maitulak ko ang inventories at maabot ko target -  to be better than before,, before than competitors, and to be unique, enchanting and mesmerizing (to be sozy, bongacious)  hindi allowed:  reuse, recycle, replay.

PATOK BA? click?

The consequence for not doing this is:

       1.  low sales
       2.  non availment of increased benefit

2.   The competitive and customer analysis must be inclusive and comprehensive.

3.  We have to rely on well researched data and observation.  We can not rely on. opinion and impression

4  ALL THAT WE HAVE TO DO IS TO FOLLOW THE TEMPLATE and answer each and every one completely

FOR THE MARKETING PLAN:

The marketing plan is essentially a GROW memo:

1.  Goal:    Number, peso value, cash collection for each type of product

2. Reality:

     1.  Your past performance (for the year - is it OK related to the goal
          What went wrong

          Internal analysis:

         Manpower -  number training attitude, GT, are they selling performing

        Methods -  of selling maintenance communication, sales agents recruitment, training, commission.  Our process, our cs, our blogs, 

        Money 

        Materials/equipment -  are they running are they well maintained;  why or why not.

        

     2. Competition -  how are the competition doing  (and I outlined what we should put here in another cover.  Please refer to that ) It should well researched and detailed.

you are to include this in in your corporate/marketing plan

Please answer them, list the detail, and indicate whether you are in the next cell:  equal (competitive, winner (better than) or loser (lesser)

     1.  Strategy  -  alam mo ba ibig sabihin ng stragegy (What is the collection of action and resources that you will employ to achieve your objective/s)  What is your priority?  Of the four or 6 ps what is your emphasis:  pag uukulan ng pera time at push

Ps of marketing:

1.  Product features, salient features, location, advantages, value added, value proposition, why the customer should buy this

2.  Price  -    total  price, dp, balance, monthly term, % rate on the balance, add on ba, diminishing balance, discouns.

3. Promotion:  promo items, ads, deals, freebies, ads, tarps, social media, events, pakain:   

       We continue with the feeding program to get close to the teachers who now have high salaries.

       Full service;   enhancing customer experience, themes, motiff, 

       November 1 event

       Christmas lanterns

       Other events
