Upping the revenue GP for Malasiqui

.  Objectives:

   1.  To up the selling price of Malasiqui, not very low but competitive

   2.  To align  with Calamba sales   average selling price is P50,000

       Let us make Malasiqui  35,000  per plot   x 13,500  plots  = 472,500,000
