Agenda / items that must be tackled in the CMO/CSS conference

I understand (and correct this office if wrong) that we shall have the following conference:

       February 19            CSS

       February 21            CMO

The agenda shall be as follows:   minimum

CMO

     1. Report on Jan to February performance;  what was done well not done in 
         relation to target, VMO

     2.  Accomplishment of the SBU or evaluation of contents of the SBU plan:

         1.  Key resources:

             Manpower -  hiring  (vacancies, those that have been filled) agents recruitment

              Training of trainees, continuous training of existing staff, learning logs
               book reports, performance evaluation

               Equipment -  acquisition, maintenance, deployment of  vehicles, embalming room, CMCS facilities, crematorium

               Other cap ex:  

               1.  Site development  TIMELINE AND BUDGET

               2.  Landscaping and COBS of sites

         2.  Key activities:

              1. Internal process:

                  1.  Interment

                   2.  CMCS

                   3.  Blogs, reports

              2.  Marketing:

                  1. Events  (detailed by month

                  2.  Awareness:   soc media, tarps, brochures

                  3.  Sales meeting, rewards (for 2017 performers)

                 4.  Product and product mix:

                     Plots

                     Services -  why pursuing our vision is desireable, or why services is
                                        the better choice, or why we must put our efforts in                                                  services

          1.  How to do it, what are the initiatives being undertaken so far

          2.  New ideas/innovation

To make this conference fruitful, the CMOs and or their representative must come prepared.  A ppt presentation to be sent not later than Saturday shall be sent.

30 minutes max for presentation at plenary

3f jm staff must be represented to answer Item  No 4 for internal processes:   Lahat ng 3f

Engr GCH must be present for item 1.1.  He must present his timeline and budget

              Soc media posting:   fb, blogs -   degree of compliance, tributes. etc

2.  Make a ppt presentation prior to Monday so that they can be reviewed and
