AKO NA GUMAWA NG MINUTES, KASI KUNG OPISINA NILA GAGAWA SIGURADONG DELAYED AT KULANG KULANG.

Mandrake and the rest of Panga staff, pay serious attention to these things

1.  Obviously your office knew of my arrival, 3f must have informed you and
     and I indicated in my text that I was going to your office. 

     1.  I texted to your  office my whereabouts in the evening of October 13 while
          in Cubao

     2.  I called the Panga number but there was indication that it was off

    3. Thus when I arrived at 2 am, walang sumalubong.  There is no need for
        marching band, but as a senior officer, I expect that some form of welcome
        such as fetching from the bus terminal happened.  Obviously lack of
        protocol and respect was visible

    This turning off of cp is a no no since you are in a memorial business. Death
    occurs anytime and if your phone is off, there is lack of communication and access
    to your customer.   Kayo hindi makontact before 8

2.  Horror scene at the site:

    1.  Abiertang lahat ang ilaw sa chapel:  around, inside at the chapel.  This 
        accounts for high electricity expense at Pangasinan which I often ask
        AP.  (The AP might not have relayed this concern to you)

   2.  Mga sg tulog (get the names and report in writing to Liingayen Security)
        Palagi bang ginagawa ito  Sabi naidlip eh mga 5 minutes akong nang
        gigising.

       Make an incident report and inform in writing the agency

        MT. is your office not monitoring this one biggest item in your operating
        expense?

       Ang roving reports for the 14th 1 am and 2am ay walang entry Kasi nga tulog
      The roving reports are designed to ensure na hind natutulog ang guwardiya.
       Talagang natutulog at table entries ang mga roving reports.  Fake 

   3.  Leaking faucet at the men's CR.  Malakas.  Contributing to unnecessary wastage of water.  Hindi ba natanggap and memo na excerpt from handbook on
cost reduction?  Binabasa ba mga memo sa inyo? Parang hindi.  Kulang ang 
pagsasagawa

      DEFICIENT NA NGA SBU SA BENTA AT CASH FLOW, NALULUSTAY PA 
      cash flow sa waste. Makiisa naman tayo.   

  4.  Lack of implementation of 5s and COBS

          1. Cigarette butts, bottle caps and trash right in front of the office

         2.  Di pa rin naisasagawa ang pagkukuto ng mga landscaping sa tabi mismo
              ng office. Bakit? Paano mapropromote mga GT?  Walang natutunan
             sa conference. Di marunong makinig

         ILANG BESES PUPUNAHIN O SASABIHIN IYONG 5s at special place
         Cleanliness and landscaping, CR status contribute to special place 
         achievement.  Noong last visit ko last week, sinabi na iyan bale wala pa rin
         Hindi ba iniuutos, work schedule at fina follow up, or even yong gimik
         na darating si sir, ayusin ninyo yan.   Ipaliwanag nga?

5. Open ang chapel

         Thankfully, naaccess ko ang chapel bukas hindi naka kandadado

         Why?  Sabi ninyo sira ang mga lock, bakit hindi nagagawa o naipagawa
         WHEN IT RAINS OPEN AN UMBRELLA.  PAG SIRA IPAGAWA

6. Attendance in the meeting

        Many of your staff, mga bago pa naman HULI
   
       Were they not informed? Bakit huli:  Aura, Mary Ann at  Myra

       In the DTR, Myra, Hiro  and Mary Jeanne were frequently tardy.  Why is this
      not being corrected?

      There is an obvious lack of discipline and lack of passion to their job:  from 
       you to your staff.   As we have said elsewhere, ang ganitong napuna ay 
       reflection of your managerial skills and leadership.  Ang lahat ng 1 to 5 ay
       ikaw yon.

     Some of the sellers commented on the lack of drive of your current staff, to sell
   
      Are you really sure that your staff and you are on the same page, ie to sell
      Holy Gardens Services

Anong gagawin?

 7. Discussion of ppt na sinabing susuriin

    1.  Si Mary Ann hindi master o binasa ang ppt on cremation at Destiny
         That  she cried for her inability is disappointment.  Kaya 0 sales kayo
         walang product knowledge.

        Kulang ang desire at effort to study this new products

        Kailan Mandrake mamaster ang products?

     2.  Discussion with you about your job.

      I had to stop the discussion because ang dami mong hindi nasagot.

8.;   Lack of Customer Service Amenities

       Naniniwala ba kayo sa belief na ito. During trainiing ipinakita ito sa mga trainees
       Bakit wala?   Kailan ipapatupad.

      Nag dadalaw paburol ba kayo?

9.  Not discussed:

     1.  Follow up on materials at Malasiqui site construction.  The goal was to have
         road works by NOvember 1. The deterrent was ordering and  delivery
         of materialsl

     2.  Repair of TLC and land rover

    3. Delivery of Patrol to La Union

     Haay follow up SBU ba kayo,, wala namang nagaganap??

Conclusion:

     Your  low sales performance can be traced to:

     1. Lack of discipline

    2.  Lack of communication and cooperation by your staff

    3.  Lack of professionalism

    4.  Lack of passion

    5.  Lack of learning, ,and/or unwillingness to learn

   70% of what happens and does not happen depends on the local leadership
