We have often emphasized that:
1. We should read the communication blogs and all other blogs connected to the business because it
is part of our belief
2. Sa ABAKADA, ang karunungan ay tungo sa kaunlaran
3. The one who reads leads
4. The more important thing now is intellectual property rather than financial or material wealth
5. To be effective executive, we have to know our business and our people
And yet we have not: or refused to:
1. Read as instructed our handbook our rules - OUR TIPANAN resulting in many unfulfilled tasks and mediocre results
2. The reason being we are busy: busy correcting mistakes and inefficiency because we do not what to do because we do not want to read and learn
The bible had admonished us to learn, so that we treat each other as friends, to know his masters business. rather than as slaves

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.
3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
