LACK OF FAR IN COMMUNICATION AND  CLEAR COMMUNICATION AND COMPLIANCE FROM AN SBU IN THE NORTH

Objectives:

1. To get the sbu reach collection and sales target;
2.  To achieve evenness in marketing campaign execution  and level of custoemr service

Realtiy:

The northest SBU:

1. Can connect with the rest of the sbu;  cant understand the discussion
2.  Definitely miles away in such topics as Privilege Card, the bundled services
     funeral service and kept on being negative by being wala

WTDN:

1.  Ms. RCG please talk to him constantly, itelecon palagi. re:

    1.  establishing funeral service at La Union
    2.  familiarize him and find out if he understands the salient marketing
        activities for 2019.
    3. bundled service, what are the advantages for LUMP  and its customers
        and agents

2.  Mr. Jeff, pakipuntahan si Hans and ABE mo ang funeral service and find out
     how LUMP can establish one just like Oton

3.  The bottom line is maabot natin ang collection target at maka incentives.
