CSS and CMO conference on December 13 and 14 to up Customer Experience and 2020 Goal Setting

What:   Conference to discuss: and plan/execute

           1. Upping customer experience and awareness

           2. Planning 2020 targets and incentive mechanics

    Methodology:   Group Discussion.  Speakers are assigned to present and
                           the group reacts plan


Day 1:   CMO and CSS

      1.  Discussion of customer service:  at office and interment

     2.  Interment service:   current level;  what are deficiency
          what can be improved?

     3.  Funeral Service -  our products/services   HOW ARE THEY UNIQUE
         AND DESIRED

     4.  CREMATION -  what is it, why is it being desired by many.  What makes
          our cremation unique

    5.   Tributes for LIFE, trends that we are missing

   
2.  Some initiatives that can be considered:

    1.  Large signage like in Angono, Lumban and elsewhere 1 to 1.5 meters high

    2.  Wifi paburol;  free wifi, 

    3.  Resumption of  death and birthday anniversaries of deceased

    4.  Snack bar; snack lounge (ala Mabuhay lounge of PAL)

    5.  Interment/FS themes:

       1. Flowers, garden, fountain, waterfalls, tikiw etc...kawayan

    6.  Making the park truly a park:

        1.  Flowers

        2  More hardscape;  parking lots at Panga with shades

       3.  Completion of Calapan and Oton

      RESOLUTION:    Who will do this, budget, timeline,when, how


Day 2:

   1   Presentation of 2019 performance:

        Sales Collection per sbu;  (SBUs mus make ppt presentation

  2.  PMRSS:  what went well, what went wrong?
      How can we do better?

 3.  Proposed targets:     Sales Collection    Plots services

4.  Proposed incentives:    CMOs and CSS

                                            1.  Sales

                                            2. Collection

 5  Workshops:   what must you do to achieve those targets

                1. Drafting of marketing plans
