   4.  Simulation of incentives that CSS will get when they meet their targets:

       1.   The incentives will be given using the following system: method

             1.  Payable in one year until the whole amount (or 20% dp is completed)
             2.  Payable in one month if cash, or annual
             3.  Or after 20% is paid in one year which ever comes first

      2.  Note the qualifiers which include that you must be R2 to be qualified
