Observance of 3fold duties during the times of loss of Jobs, Closure of Compnies

Subject:   Observance of obedience, loyalty and diligence during the time of pandemic

Objectives:

1.  To make the company survive the pandemic as a business entity

2.  To continue providing jobs and employment

Background:

1.   PAL to cut 2,300 jobs by midMarch

2.  Makati Shangrila to temporariy close and lay off employees. Marco Polo in Davao closed last May 2020

3.   Over 7.3 million jobs lost in the Philippines due to covid 19

4.   Many of those who lost jobs have shifted to delivery and on linef sellers -  no more buyers.   

5.  At Holy Gardens group:

    1.  We have not filled up the vacancies

    2.  The 2020 totals unsubmitted

    3.  The 2021 targets still unresolved despite the lapse of 1 month into 2021

WTDN

     1.   As this office struggles to hold the company together and call for unity and teamwork, we are encountering challenges in small things:

     1.  Punctuality

     2.  Attendance

     3.  IDs

     4  Uniform

     5.  Submission of reports

 2.  For January we managed to achieve only 13 million in collection and miniscule in sales

 3.   We cant get the crematorium to function as reported by Engr. GCH due to

      oversight in location.   another 5 months delay;   and funeral service by

      3months.

WE NEED ALL THE OBEDIENCE, COOPERATION, LOYALTY AND DILIGENCE FROM EVERYONE.  WE ARE IN A CRISIS AND WE NEED YOUR HELP -  not your complaints and antagonism.  No more negas and antagonism

We are doing our best to save jobs and live through this pandemic.   Can we expect something better today,, tomorrow and in the days to come while the pandemic is raging.
