involves monitoring of interment keeping standards

collating and submission of daily reports on collection
sales, bank balances and inventories
3/ Engr. Gilbert Haylo - TPM ground maintenance landscaping 1,000.00
Effective February 1, 2021
subject to submission of:
1. 1. Score cards by Mildred for interment of all SBU
in January and succeeding months there after
for interment coordinator
2/ Comprehensive minutes of the meeting with 2021
plan for interment improvements, cap ex etc
2. File of daily reports submitted in January for inventory
sales, collection MLM
3/ January score card for Ms. RCC
4/ 1. January score card for TPM landscaping by GCH
2. Minutes of the GT conference + plan for 2021 purchase
of tools, and other improvements
