           our products, otherwise it is not marketing,   It is being better than competitor and satisfying to the customer at a profit

            1.  Cite the objectives -  how many plots, units do you intend to sell

            2.  How many units of promo items,, to those who will be given discounts (to create also scarcity)

            3.  Total estimated expenses:  (we have to ask budget for this, for discounts, we have to ask approval of JV partner)

            4.  Compare the total expenses vs estimated sales:      Estimated expenses/total projected sales,   Estimated expenses vs expected cash 

       You have to place your degree of confidence.
