Epektibo Batch 2019 Trainees Graduation

5 out of 7 original trainees for last week February 26 to March 2, 2019 made it to the  last day.  Two did not have the determination, not meant to be Holy Gardeners quit.  

The successful graduates are:   Jay, Aljon, Olivia, Racquel and Nelson  Jay and Racquel are to be deployed to Holy Gardens Calamba chapel, Nelson to Holy Gardens Pangasinan as Funeral Technician (Driver, Embalmer Trainee, Trainee and Cremation Technician)   Olivia is to be _______ of Holy Gardens La Union

This was a compressed orientation done in 5 days in view of the Holiday last February 26.    Many topics were still not covered....

Submission of Incident Report regarding ISG very very delayed ISG payment

Subject:  Submission of Incident Report


Our objective here is to promote efficiency and to prevent recurrence of complaint by our internal customers

Last Friday and yesterday, I signed a total of almost P70k checks for ISG which dated back to 2018.   The ISG made representation to  my office personally when I visit the SBU and even during their AM talk and this were relayed to me that that is the situation

Now I looked at the dates and I found out that:

1. They were submitted very very late by Panga

2.  That the bulk  of this unpaid accounts for 2018 were only submitted by Pangasinan this February

Why is this happening?   Inefficiency at the SBU?  Can this be improved.  
(I even got hairy reports that some abstracts from Panga had blank entries/fields)

    interment date

Action Plan:

1.  Look for informal caterer:   mga asawa ng GT TS or sinuman na interesado 
     sa extra income

2.  Submit proposals:  may margin tayo maski 5 to 10%  or maski wala sila magprovide ng coffee service, water  refreshment, kape cande mane tec.

3.  Submit proposals memos PDCA next week.

Awardees for team building

These are the copies of the certficate to be awarded to the two teams of Batch Epektibo.
Team Talent won the straw tower building activity.  They were higher by mere 6 inches over the
the Pencil.  Pencil meanwhile won the  How to be Limit person activity, ie maximum number of paper clips that can be immersed in a glass of water.  They scored 260 paper clips wow.  Before only 100 paper clips + were  the  highest score

The last certificate is the Certificate of Training. The certificate is a sign that the applicant has passed all the exams, and that he can join the company and be entitled to a meal allowance
