There are two weighty issues from marketing by email which you have probably heard of. Spam Overload and Sheer volume which both terrorize people. Staying organized can be beneficial when  marketing via email. I will help you solve these two problems by giving you a 13 - step system that is flawless.

These 13 - Steps will help you create emails that convert...
STEP 1: Formats
Testing and experimenting with different email formats can help you find your own style. There is a vast amount of formats out there. For example, emails with big images, videos, or even just words. Think of it as a puzzle and try to rearrange the pieces to reach your goal.
STEP 2: Common Ground
Figuring out what your readers like is a very important factor. For example, Some readers might not like to read a lot but others do. Its like I said in step 1, you want to experiment with the formats to find a good common ground for your readers.
STEP 3: Assembling
A lot of inquiry isn't needed to create your email, you need to make sure you answer the following questions...
  • What is the objective of the email?
  • Who is getting the email?
  • What is the pitch?
  • Which emails have worked in the past?
STEP 4: Subject Lines
Subject lines are a important factor in emails because they set the tone throughout the rest of the email.
STEP 5: Images
There are many amazing images out there that can help you. Although, they are not always needed, images can really improve the readers thoughts on the email and improve feedback.
STEP 6: Headlines.
Headlines can draw a readers attention and help as well. Experiment with proper headlines or others to see if your readers respond.
STEP 7: Your People
Your introduction must grasp your audience or the people you want the email to be read by.
STEP 8: Attractions
There are 6 things that attract your readers. They all look for...
  • Indulgence
  • Style
  • Sex
  • Youth
  • Health
  • Less Work
STEP 9: What to Do
Making sure your readers know what to do after reading your email is obviously a huge factor in your email. If your readers don't know what to do then how do you expect them to respond. Therefore, make what your trying to pitch clear.
STEP 10: Proof
Numbers, facts, and not opinions are what you need to apply to your emails. Specific facts or numbers can benefit readers drastically because it shows proof that what your pitching works.
STEP 11: P.S.
A P.S. can be added to enhance your pitch or in other words restate it. Also, you want to remind the reader that your offer wont be here forever (Scarcity).
STEP 12: Providing Links
Links are a necessity in your email, isn't it obvious? You want your readers to know where they have to go to find either more info on your pitch or buy in on your pitch.
STEP 13: Alignment
Make sure your email is aligned and congruent so it looks professional. Also, Headers should be congruent to the email body.
Finally, Make Sure your email answers all of the questions in step 3. Also, don't to test email formats, finding what your reader craves is very important. Do not feel bad if you don't get a response, its not always going to go your way... Trust me. Learn from your mistakes and apply them that to your next email.
