We had a communication exercise, a playback of that conducted for sbu and 3ffb. It is a relay game: the message is delivered verbally on a relay. No notes are allowed
The message read:
" May interment, si Jose Calderon on April 10 at 9 am. He is to be buried at Lot #523 at Serenity block 12. He is survived by his wife Josefina Ceres. and 5 children: 3 boys and 2 girls.
Jose hails from Narvacan Ilocos Norte. Their current residence is at San Andres Cainta Rizal
The lot to be used is owned by Carlos Vitangcol
The message was repeated twice to Aileen of MLII
This was the message that was fedback:
There will be an interment on April 10 at 9 am of Jose Calderon at lot 235 Serenity.
The lot is owned by Carlos Vitangcol"
Of the 11 information mentined in the orginal transmission, only 3 were relayed correctly
What is your opinion comment on the 3ffb result of communication exercise

This is bad. If we will not be able to focus and understand well the message relayed to us, we often get into trouble: repetition of work, waste of time and money and worst thing is that the family will send a law suit. So let us stay focus, exercise proper communication always and let's make our job right at the first time. Be attentive to details. And let us always remember "small mistakes create BIG consequences."

We need to have focus in everything that we do, to understanding well what has been relayed to us and clarifying things that needs clarification, if we do this we were able to do things right and we can avoid committing errors. Like what Ma'am Brenn once said, Doing the right thing for the first time means saving time, money and effort.

Bad. Once that a message relayed unto us, what we need is to First – Focus on the message & listen carefully in order to understand the complete information relayed to us. Second – Attention, Get attention to the messenger and be attentive in order to avoid repetition and wrong understanding. Third – Reverence. Respect to messenger /communicator. Relaying message to someone is not just a thing to be done by the communicator. Once that you fail to understand the message relayed upon to you it may create consequences.

It is not good. We need to be strict on the details. Proper communication must be given emphasis since we might be able to commit mistakes which will result on bigger consequences. Do right things first the first time avoid repetition of works and efforts.

Communication is easily overlooked, but the ability to communicate effectively is necessary to carry out the thoughts and visions of the people. The importance of speech and words whether through a paper or a voice is a communication medium to convey directions and provide synchronization. Without communication, there is no way to express thoughts, ideas and feelings.The ability and the importance of communication become much more crucial when you are on a mission or need to fulfill a goal. Without a means to communicate, your organization will become isolated. The ability to effectively communicate is very important when it is usually underestimated and overlooked.Proper communication must always used in order to have well understanding on such problem or data.

It's bad.That means we encounter obstacles in communication. As a solution we must know and master the FAR, Focus, Attention and Reverence for us to improve not only the verbal communication but also the online and social communication.Be efficient than effective on everything you do.

Details are important in communication, its better to jot down notes to avoid mistakes. Sometimes memory is fallible even though how much we tried to remember every little details, if the message relay verbally without writing,If we recapitulate it, it will be delivered inexact. so this is bad because it will affect the unending repetition of job and we will waste time, money and effort. In this case we need to exert extra effort to focus and understand what the other party's saying and as much as possible we must engage n writing. If we have proper communication,every team will have good camaraderie because having good communication will help us do our job effectively without misinterpreting the words that had been delivered to us.
