Disappointment with the realityof office, the site and the staff at Holy Gardens Calapan April 11- 12 , 2014 visit

These are my observations and you must submit (you have not done so despite my instructions that you will submit yesterday)

1. The knowledge even of VMBP needs improvement.  .

2  The warehouse, the interment equipment maintenance is substandard.

Nagpadala daw sa 3ffb ng PDCA since November.  Ipinabalik yata kasi ang mahal, ipawelding, iparepair na lang

Basta nakatambak lang ang carpet.  Dapat umorder ng bagong carpet.  The ISG were Jefroks. May mga aretes at weird hairdo. Not a good idea. for a sacred occasion


Wide open warehouse, may 5 s ba dito?



Di ba dapat linisin muna natin ito?  Ano ginagawa ng GT?


Dapat linisin din ito;  may work schedule ba sina Pando - mga garden contractor;  we waste the payment we make to them.  May direksyon ba patrabaho?


Di  nagdilig GT o di inuutusan o walang tubig sa site; walang work schedule




We need to invest in finishing the backfilling on easten side
.  We need to level the backfilling



This cabinet needs 5S';  the walls look awful.  The toilet smells of cockroach shit


Tayo ay gumising sa Calapan. We are paying for 5 staff.  Di kasiya siya. Dapat deserving tayo ng pagtitiwala. May nababago at napapaganda. At bumebenta. Ito ay sa inyo at sa kapakanan ng mga kababayan natin sa Calapan
