Need an emotional lift? Or need to blow off some steam after a stressful day? Playing volleyball
can help. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave us feeling happier and more
relaxed. We may also feel better about our appearance and ourselves when we exercise regularly, which
can boost our confidence and improve our self-esteem.
Sherryl Jenn, our new staff very much active and enjoyed the play.
