What causes declining sales? What is the relationship of 3ffb to this?

Our sales is on the decline.  The best performers are shadows of their old selves.  We may end up lower than 2013

Really what is/are the causes?


1.  In my travel to the provinces I have learned that the following are ailing
 and or hindrances to sales success:

     1.  Delays/inaction by the processors on

          1.  docs

          2.  commission and orc

          3.  benefits

2.  Delay on IF

Of course, the sbu are equally to be blamed for lacking requirements, late submission.

The sbus are simply helpless and become demotivated

MY SUGGESTIONS:

1.  Pag usapang mabuti at masinsinan ng 3ffb at sbu ang problemang ito at LUTASIN/AKSIYUNAN

2.  SBUS AND 3FFB OFFICERS AND PROCESS OWNERS MUST HAVE QUALIITY WORK AND FASTER/MORE PRODUCTIVITY IN THEIR WORK.  STRICTER SUPERVISION IS NEEDED.


Let us be a team.

Let us be more engaged in the problem of the sbus and be passionate about the business.

  1. I agree sir. Because we SBU’s are the one who take in charge to deal with the customers, agents at the same time co-employees. With regards to documents lot of our customers gives a bad impression for late processing of their papers (documents). One of our customer’s feedback were “When it comes to payment we are alert to inform their due dates to pay on time and they pay, but when it comes to our service to bring back those efforts that they’ve paid their investment unto us we are poor”. Same also for processing of commission to agents, benefits of employees in order to motivate us. All we need is to work as a team. Let us help each other for the better. If we fail to deliver our service especially to customers it could also affect our performance. They would rather to find other memorial who could serve them better than us because of that impressions. We cannot attain all that we have right now without customers, without our agents , without us employees. Business could not run without 3 mentioned above.

Right Sir we need have team work and Faster Delivery of our Document to Avoid Delay and inorder that our customer satisfied our services and feel happy we can refer more Customer in sales becuased we give our best Services to each and everyone . we need to take action to every Customer Complaint and solve it we need cooperation and coordination to each staff . and we must have word of honor what we are promised to our Customer and have trust in our company and staff. in order to solve the problem we must a solution our initiative solve what problem that we must in counter every day

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
