Some reminders:
1.       TLC battery and repair kit – actual follow up to Ms. Maricel was done. Check of repair kit was pouched but the new P.O.  of battery was pending. Sir Jorge told Ms. Maricel to act on it and SBU will text if we have send a new P.O. we must practice constant communication.
2.       Exam of AAB – Improve product knowledge to improve self and sales of staff she only got 50/150 for the first exam.
3.       Sir Jus will make power points on the ff. topics:
a.       Landscaping
b.      Product knowledge
c.       Managing Sales force
d.      Customer service
e.      Packages
f.        CAPF
g.       Goal setting
h.      Successful selling
i.         Interment services/memorable interment
j.        Managerial skills
4.       Accreditation of agents – palalakasin ang mga agents, more than 172K allotted budget this 2nd semester.
a.       Sales meeting to be conducted in monthly basis. First to have presentation of sales achievement, presentation of performers and awarding of top seller and contributors.
b.      Awarding of ice breakers and highest agents recruited. We will be giving certificates on monthly sales meeting, plaques or medals on Semestral meetings.
c.       We will be having a daily tenting of agents with allowance at the entrance of MP and they will be given an allowance of P500, or 100 each agent which served as there travelling allowance. There will be 5 members of agents to be on duty
d.      We will prepare Tarpaulin, Tent/umbrella, banderitas, leaflets.

5.       We will no longer offer the SIP. We will focus on packages. We will strategize the bundling like for instance stating the price of 67k (all in, lot with interment services)
Lawn lot leases like 15 + 15 (7 yrs. lease).  Where we could say, "67K with interment FREE!"

6.       Internet Wifi. We need it esp. when we offer the chapel. I have informed Mam Madel with regards to the unused services of Digitel starting August 2013 but upon verification we have to pay more than 14k. Sir Jus told me to send them a letter stating a complaint with regards to unused services. I will file it on Monday – July 21, 2014.

Understanding on some motivations by Sir Jus:
Motivation is something that is coming to you; it is something that you desire.
We are inspired to being more and doing more.
We do not need more men all we need is the spirit in men.  We will have initiative and capability and see what we can do with the available resources.

Three things:
1.       Ignition – it starts in us, it is what motivates us, how motivated and inspired you are.
The strong desire, passion.
2.       Having deep practice – having focus, constant practice, being meticulous.
3.       Coaching/ mentoring
Being a mentor, we must have a matrix of knowledge through desire to learn new things, intensive trainings and constant readings on blogs.
We cannot teach anyone with something we do not know. So we are encouraged to read blogs, having initiative to learn and observe new things.
We will achieve magic numbers: 6 sales a day and 260k coll. There are no impossibilities if we are positive thinker. God created us to be a success. We are born to be unique individual. We want to be known and be champion. Like the Gilas Pilipinas who are working hard for the trainings for the FIBA World. They want to be known in the world and be the champions.

UNI – "means You and I are Number 1" We must be better than before always, if we stay on the same thing and there are no improvements in ourselves then we cannot move forward. We want to be a success then we will do everything we've got, motivate our staff well and be a human magnet. We are here to lead, to direct and set the fire so that others may follow. We cannot do the work alone unless we have teamwork, determination and we have one goal, one objective.

Marketing Plan for H2 was discussed and explain by mam CC.

The targets per SBU were identified, activities and strategies were introduced. Events will be conducted in a monthly basis with designated budget. We will focus on activities rather than on promos and discounts. Tenting and allowances are a good idea this second quarter. Having Office Sales Executive in every SBU is also a good idea. We will recruit at least 2-3 as another strategy to boost our sales this second half.

Many promo items will be giving away in every contact with the customer (from prospecting – closing).
We will continue wake visitation/FOFF  posting.  They are important marketing events to be consider.
We will focus on marketing and managing sales force. We will have monthly meeting with the agents. Motivational activities will be done and on time preparation in conducting events.

Other items:
Bone crypts – to be offered in municipal cemeteries which are lifetime ownership.

Garden lots – very soon we will have in Holy Gardens Pangasinan.

We will not increase the commission of agents but sales of services will be commissionable.

Forfeiting accounts will be done after two years of non – payment. Refunds for Reservation  and down payment will be returned in full amount. Monthly instalments' principal & interest will be return except PC and VAT.  (correction 2 months;  ONLY RESERVATIONS WILL BE RETURNED IN FULL SINCE WE HAVE NOT INCURRED YET ANY EXPENSES ON DOCUMENTATION AND COMMISSIONS

Start -up commission is 7%. Those agents who have given 5% commission rate say starting January 2014 will be return and pay back as their additional incentives.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
