Chief Cynthia, Brenn and the SMD at Savory
Powwow of Chiefs
Ms. Cynthia Cartago, Chief of Calamba, and Marketing Coordinator, Ms. Brenn Garcia Chief of Pangasinan, and, and Ms. RCC met at SM Rosales, at Savory last July 17, 2014, right after onslaught of Glenda in Calabarzon. And the topic were:
1. The CMOs motivation; why are we here?
2. H2 marketing plan overall (the budget for Promo Items, Sales Exec other incentives and Perks, Budget for Events,
3. What else can be done to supercharge sales for H2
As Ms Cartago was explaining, there were several points mentioned by the SMD regarding their motivation (why are we here)
1. They are here because they are born champions, we are a company of champions and we will forever be; we must be enthusiastic (God is within us) because God created us to His image and likeness; whatever we aspire to achieve, we can.
If others can, so we can....
2. We want to be successful, therefore we must achieve our goals and targets, or least be near the targets. We meet because we desire to be successful, not because it is imposed on us.
"Do you want to be successful?"
"Can you help others succeed
For us to train/mentor others ie our staff or sales executives, , to expand their capability, we should observe the following:
1. Motivating (lighting up their desire) inspiring, leading them to believe that they can do more, or surpass their full potential and capability.
2. Deep practice, trial and error, on the job training; being engaged in their first baby steps
3. Coaching:
A coach must:
1. Full matrix of knowledge
2. Perceptive of the skills of the mentee
3. Rapid fire detailed a la GPS type of mentoring
4. Theatrical honesty to assess mentee
3. We have 31 years of experience and this gives us strength and courage to carry on.
4. UNI ( You and I are #l) are number one as I showed the old Unisun T shirt. We are part of a team, we will work as one towards one direction to be number 1. Each SBU's chief and staff must desire to make their memorial park number 1 in terms of beauty, customer service and sales performance in their area.
5. The chiefs must be better than before in their capability and skills. More learning give us an advantage, more learning make us become excellent, and know our business and role as leaders as managers better. The tools and the site are all over the place to for us to learn and improve (change) to be better than before, better than competitors. This is a constant challenge. The desire to learn must come from within us and not from this office follow up.
Our spiritu, corde, must be alive practice.
Initiative, resourcefulness must be present in all the Chiefs present.
When all of this is done....
When we are motivated, the rest follows. When the Chiefs are on fire, we burn down the resistance, and create a ball of fire of success and motivation

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
