How do we instill discipline among our ranks?

1.  In the book Book Good to Great, the author observed and theorized that the key being Good  to Great Among companies  is 3fold discipline:

         Disciplined thought
         Disciplined people
         Disciplined execution

2.   Discipline means:

     Doing what one is ought to do even when no one is watching
      one is told
       unpleasant task

     As complying with an urgent order, what the customer wants, responding to
     an emergency

     Doing what one is required to do under all conditions (being a mailman) "Neither rain, snow, storm can stop me now."

A.  Situation

    1.  Interment standards are not complied with

    2.  Accounting reports not submitted on time


    3.  Emails blog post not read

    4.  Cellphone and texts messages unanswered

    5.  Budgets not followed

    6.  Posting to promote our business not done:

         a.  Tributes archive

         b.  Obits

         c.  FOFF

         d.  Birthdays and anniversaries

         e.  Kaizen

         f.  SBU bests

    7.   Compliance (if not remembering the admin plan)

    Goal:   How to have disciplined/obedient staff and remove the above

B. Complications



    a.   Nature  (attitude habits of the  incumbent

    b.   Training  (Self Mastery)

    c.   Catalysts (Rewards and Recognition)

. C.  List down the Questions on how to address the three complications

        TO:    HR, CMOsa
