Thy will be done.
One of the three duties of employees and officers is OBEDIENCE.
When we comply with the laws of the land, we are called COMPLIANT.
Leadership is all about influencing others, ie that you are able to bend the others according to your will.
Your goal as leader is to have others subscribe to your vision and that is possible when they obey or comply
1. In a military organization, those who do not follow the commanding officers can either be shot or face military trial; those in the ship who disobey the captain are called mutineers; they can be jailed or face severe penalties when they reach dry land;
2. In the jet plane the captains word is the law and every body is enjoined to obey and follow the captains order

Obedience is really important to God, and He attached a lot of benefits to it. Job 36:11 says, “If they obey and serve Him, they will spend their days in prosperity and their years in pleasure.”
