Improvements needed in order to up sales, collection, and C's performance

The role playing held yesterday at the CSS conference may be indicative of the need train more our CSS on 
1. Product knowledge
2. How to sell
3. How to be positive
4. How to empathize with customers.

There were CSS participants there, two who showed task related maturity, product knowledge Jazmine and Irene. How about the others? Jus
