Let us include in agenda - frequent customer and operational concerns and how to handle.

Examples:
1. Lot owner is abroad, but lot will be used by non-immediate family.
2. Five interments scheduled in the four days, but only 4 vaults are available.
3. Lot will be used, but payment is in arrears. Client can not afford to pay the interest and penalties
4. On the day of interment, IF is still not fully paid.

I asked CSS to list down.

Glizel, we need to have these in by Thursday, July 4.
We are just asking for a LIST - no analysis, no discussion. We will discuss during the meeting.
