Job description (Admin Plan) the Toyota Way implementation

2. Ano output - ano dapat matapos sa araw na yon

3. Ano standard - ano itsura ng tatapusing trabaho.

Dapat ang gt, daily worker daw may ganun.

 Ginawa ko ng admin plan sa word noong Holy Week admin plan sa sbu sa lahat ng trabaho: CMO, CSS 1, Css2. TS gt.

SIMPLIFIED CUSTOMER FOCUSED JOB DESCRIPTIONS AT HOLY GARDENS BPI

Let us come up with simplified job description for all by June 5, 2011.  AR be in charge of overseeing 3f;  mgb for sbu

1.  Who is my customer  (internal and external; what are his needs?  wants  -  be sure and your staff understand the difference}

2.  What is your product/service (or what is your mvp?  What is the job to be done, what is your value to the customer)

3   How do you deliver the service/product to your customer (steps)

Let us get back to the basics.  The Toyota Way JD we did shall be used for training purposes.
