2. Reflection. Every am talk, the sbu must discuss one of the topics at Holy Gardeners fb fan pages and submit and every staffer must submit a written reflection (format supplied) at pouch
3. Weekly CMOs report. Many are habitually non complying. Only RCC complies. Why?

1. Marketing plan of Calapan and other sbus that are rich in activities and use of resources that result in sales (what we use to do before and what can further do to result in sales: buying small appliances and items displaying them as come on when people buy non mp package
2. Funeral Service Agreement as basis of the FSO of Memorial Package (formerly BVO)
3. SSS Accreditation
4. Help desk
These were items that are constant topic of our talks/telecon and one on one
