This office has discussed with you yesterday the challenge posed by the group of new trainees who just disappeared without the benefit of an exit interview, proper resignation letter, and turn over. They shall be dealt with accordingly in accordance with the laws and our CCD
In the future, such challenges can be avoided, as we had written down before to avoid hiring immature individuals,new grads, same batch, classmates.
However as you have committed, you will have to replace these trainees at your own expense and time
They should be followed up to during their OJT and not to let them come close to staff who have huge difficulties with attitude and work habits.
