Telling healthy stories

This office texted your good offices regarding healthy stories we tell about our nation. as featured at ANC, World Tonight last night

"The health of a nation is judged by the kind of stories people tell about them selves. Sick stories make the country sick.

Do we tell healthy stories about ourselves.  Are our comments constructive or developmental, inspiring.

Or do they make people sick?

To be healthy, ignore  sick stories. Focus on what can make you better and healthier.
