BC lease starts running out after start of use.
Plots will be paid to the JV upon:
full payment by the buyer:
less 10% cash discount
less 20% ME
Prior agreement shall be executed so that TF will not lose money on purchase of plots.
Proper accounting entries are to be made, proper apportionment of plots, IS, and FS are to be made and accounted for properly by the SBU and MLII
