Objective:
1. To deepen ties with customer;

3. To stop controversies and anomalies
Background:
1. It was observed that in Panga and Calamba this was prevalent practice and have caused various parties to quarrel over clients and territories; even SG and squatters at Calamba had their own clientale
2. Mr. HO, a former CMO issued his own memo to the effect that all IC for plots shall be through him for a fee (personal account). In an sbu, the husbands of officer an her staff quarreled over collection and caused a spat leading to the constructive dismissal of a performing achieving staff;
3. A lot of intrigues and malice is going around regarding laying the blame on who stopped this practice; and some wild accusation that some CMOs are allowing the practice to continue.
4. The truth is under our DOS and PPA signed with the customers such practice is not allowed.
WTDN Resolution
1. THE ORDER TO STOP THE ICU PRACTICE BY COMMERCIAL THIRD PARTY CONTRACTORS CAME FROM THIS OFFICE. and no one else.... No further hearsays and chismiz
2. The allegations that a project engineer was the cause of this stoppage is false and incorrect and must be corrected. The said engineer must likewise focus on his job as engineer and must not interfere in this domestic affairs.
3. Should a customer complain about such stoppage, he/she may allow a relative or friend to do for them upon proper notification to your good office. Such advice duly signed by the customer and duly noted by your and our office, will not constitute the violation of the order not to have 3rd party ICU contractor.
