Negative list and organizational meeting

Regarding the new batch of trainees, I would like to have the following:

1.   Organizational meeting:

     The admin plan:

     Responsibilities

     Outcome

     Outputs

     Tasks

2.  Let us start with negative list:

What not to do:

    1.  Being late;

     2.  Not joining teamwork activities;

    PE
    Am talk
    submission of book reports

     3.  lack of communication:

    no sun sim
    not answering cp/emails
    no feedback

    4.  non observance office decorum:

    ID
    office attire

    5.Lack of professionalism

     gossiping
     engaging in a lot of loose talk
     non compliance with procedures:   MC, process flow

   6 NOT.  Being flexible and compliant with changes

   7.  Insubordination  -  not following orders and instructions

   8. Di kabisado ang VMBP

   9.  Being inattentive during meetings;  lack of FAR

   10.  Poor work ethics and attitude.


3.  Pagtatakwil at panunumpa.

7.  Not thinking outside the box:

    not my job
    dinatnan ko na yan
    di ko po alam yan
