We are happy that we got a trainer from a MLM company who has extensive experience in handling distributors and downlines. (and may be our practices are anathema to their business practices. (Our brush with this was when HR practiced refused entry to some trainees for SD)
I had myself invited to an insurance agency office to observe their office and their practices. And maybe our marketing coordinator can expand and have them institutionalized.
1. Once a week accountability meeting. The trainees/sellers report for a once a week meeting where:
1. Results of the weeks work (sales, prospects problem) are brought up. What resources are needed; what are the competitive activities; how can the coordinator help the seller sell more, or tackle their challenges.

2. Motivational posters for achievement:
1. Tops in NCR
2. Tops in number of sales
3. Tops in commission earned
3. Sales meeting (once or twice a month)

Motivation of sales force is an important tool inorder to meet sales target. Always value the hardworks of sales force for their achievements and success. A simple word of "Thank You" counts a lot for them. Recognize and reward the doers. Pushing them to be the best they can be.
