Objective:  1.  To generate  200 sales for two months

                   2. To generate additional income for the CSS and Acting CMO

This is with regards to our discussion of outright com for pms the performance of which in January has been disappointing. 

1.  Our targets is 100 units per month

2.  Who are entitled:     CSS1, CSS 2 and ACMO

3.  When Feb 1 to  March 31

4.  Products:    PMS

5.  Rates:

       Provided:

       1. That if this monthly MA, the outright will be paid over a 6 months period;

       2.  Not subject to WT

       3.   That only 3% is for outright, and the balance shall be paid if the targets are met ( ie of 100 pms, provided that if performance is  200%  additional 0.5% shall be awarded

     4.  That this incentive will be stopped if the sbu fails to achieve 100% of the target   

6.  Duration Feb 1, 2017 up to March 31, 2017

Please propose added attraction, like product launch promo items so that this may be successful (t shirts, pakain etc)
