1.  What is ManCom Meeting:

     This is a meeting between and among middle manager (CMO) and junior officers concerned with execution and problem solving

     Its regular members include:    Ms. Madel, HR, Junior Accountant, Project
     Engineer, and Marketing staff.  In the future heads of MLII and Destiny are to 
     join

2.  Frequency of meeting:   Weekly on a Tuesday at 4 pm

3.  Agenda:   problems, items for execution plans

4.  Template for Minutes

     Objective:

     1.  To standardize making of minutes

     2.  To make minutes making efficient and productive (ie that it will produce
          results action

     3.  To have current and up to date minutes

     4. To have a means of communicating mancom decision throughut 
         the entire organizaation


    Reality: 

         1.  We do not have a template

         2.  Minutes draft keep coming back and forth
